I’m Gemma — the proud owner of On Top Cleaning✨
I’ve built this business from the ground up. It's been hard work, but I'm incredibly proud of where we're at, and excited for our future.
For me it’s all about going the extra mile: delivering consistently high standards for our clients, while making sure my team feel supported and valued. I love learning about new products, tools, and surface care, and passing that knowledge on to my team. I strive to be the best at what I do, both as a cleaner, and as a manager.
Personally, I love a good limescale removal job...there’s just something so satisfying about removing years of build-up and bringing back that shine! Deep cleans are my favourite jobs, too — they’re tough, but seeing the transformation (and our clients’ reactions) makes every hour spent worth it.
When I’m not organising the diary or rolling up my sleeves, I enjoy singing at open mics, reading a good book, or most recently — playing squash (because apparently cleaning isn’t enough of a workout). I also love curling up with Daisy, my 2.5-year-old Lurcher.
My aim for On Top Cleaning is simple - make the lives of our customers, and our staff more stress-free! Growing the business in an intentional way that aligns with my personal values.
